1. About Photographers4Charities
Photographers For Charities is a collective of professional photographers committed to raising funds for charitable organizations. Through photoshoot services and print/framed prints/specialty item/digital download and other related sales, a portion of the proceeds (after operational costs) is donated to designated charities.
2. Using the Website
1. Eligibility: By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
2. Permitted Use: This site is designed for providing information about our services, for booking photography services, learning about our charitable initiatives, and for selling photography services and related products (prints, frames, specialty items, digital downloads, etc.). Unauthorized use or actions that disrupt the site are strictly prohibited.
3. Booking and Payments
1. Booking Process: All bookings will be made through our sister company, Scott Hertzog Photography. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment with our photographer. A photography contract, model release and affirmation of copyright ownership is required by all clients upon booking. Additional releases, which may include property and minor child model releases, may be required before the photoshoot commences.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is required as specified during the booking or checkout process, and/or by our contract with the photography clients. Payments support both operating costs and charitable contributions. We accept Venmo (@RockTheFish) and major credit cards via Stripe.
3. Refund Policy: Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of Photographers4Charities if services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances causing the photographer to be unavailable for the photoshoot and only when rescheduling is not possible.
4. Charitable Contributions
1. Donation Policy: Photographers4Charities, operated by Rock The Fish LLC (parent corporation), will donate a minimum of 20% of net profit—calculated after operating costs—to the selected charity. Donations will be based on the total of booking fees and website sales completed within fourteen days of the posting/delivery date of the online gallery or ordering website. Within ten business days after the fundraising event closes, Rock The Fish LLC will send the donation (a company check) through the US Postal Service.
2. Transparency: Information about supported charities and donation amounts will be shared periodically through our website, communications and social media accounts.
3. Charity Selection: While we value suggestions, the final decision on supported charities remains with Photographers4Charities.
5. Intellectual Property
1. Ownership: All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by Photographers4Charities (a subsidiary of Rock The Fish LLC) or its contributors and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.
2. Restrictions: Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or altered without prior written permission.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Photographers4Charities is not liable for any:
• Interruptions or errors on the website.
• Loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
• Actions of third-party platforms used for payments or service bookings.
You use the website at your own risk.
7. Privacy

8. Modifications to Terms
